Website access

We may process IP address, access time, visited pages, browser, operating system and connection data to secure the website, diagnose problems and prevent misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

Our WordPress website is hosted by IONOS. The hosting provider may process technical access information on its servers.

Language and currency

We use cookies lasting up to twelve months to remember your language and currency selections. Related processing is based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Device storage is additionally subject to applicable cookie rules.

Contact

When you contact us via form or email, we process your name, email address, subject, message and any accommodation details. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise.

Accommodation bookings through Lodgify

We use Lodgify for availability and bookings. Stay dates, guest count, pets, accommodation and, when booking, contact and payment details may be processed (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Embedded booking services may transmit information directly to Lodgify.

Wellness reservations

Our WordPress reservation system may process booking reference, date, time, contact details, status and payment information. We may verify eligibility against Lodgify reservation data (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payments

For bank transfers, we process information needed to identify and reconcile payments. This policy will be updated before additional payment providers are activated.

Cookies and external services

The Flatpickr calendar library is loaded locally. Booking features communicate with Lodgify. Additional plugin cookies and external connections must be checked before publication.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose or required by law. Booking and payment records may be subject to statutory retention periods.

Your rights
