Our modern holiday homes in Świeradów-Zdrój are finished to a high standard and fully equipped, offering maximum comfort all year round. Each house features an efficient ventilation system with heat recovery (HRV), ensuring a constant supply of fresh air, a pleasant indoor climate, and optimal humidity – in every season.
Underfloor heating throughout the entire house provides consistent and cozy warmth, especially during the colder months. The spacious living areas are filled with natural light and furnished in a modern, stylish way.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, as well as all necessary cookware and tableware are provided.
